EXPO Center offers teens a safe haven where they can be involved in a variety of unique enrichment and leadership development programs. EXPO’s Computer Clubhouse Network is the hub for the CLASS Parks, Teen Leadership, and Youth Job Corps programs for youth 11-17. Teen Leadership and the Youth Job Corps engages teens in life and career training workshops that are important to building positive lifelong relationships with peers, mentors, employees, and family members, leading to productive citizenships.
THE CLUBHOUSE @ EXPO Center is part of The Clubhouse Network, an international community of over 100 Clubhouses located in 19 countries, providing youth with life-changing opportunities for over 24 years.
Members engage with high-end technologies, supported by Mentors and take ownership of their learning, while developing technological, workforce and leadership skills.

EXPO TEEN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The program was created to cultivate the next generation of leaders by offering teens the opportunity to develop leadership and technology skills. The program engages teens in a five week program that provides education on community issues, develops leadership skills, and provides college and career preparation Teens Ages 14-17

CLASS PARKS PROGRAM operates 37 Teen Club sites within the City's 184 recreation centers. These selected recreation centers provide clean and safe, supervised after school and weekend enrichment, as well as educational, vocational, recreational, and adventure-based programs for youth 11 to 17 years old.

Roy A. Anderson Recreation Center & Soboroff Sports Field are home to most of EXPO’s diverse fitness and enrichment programming for all ages.

Girls Play Los Angeles (GPLA) at EXPO Center:
GPLA Fitness Classes are for girls ages 6-15
GPLA Sports Leagues are for girls ages 8-15
Girls Play Los Angeles (GPLA) program is focused on girls’ sports
leagues and fitness classes throughout the Department's under-
served communities. The program strives to attract and keep girls
involved in physical activities and living a healthy lifestyle,
while making friends, building self-esteem and having fun. The
GPLA program is financially subsidized so that all girls can
participate, regardless of economic inequalities or cultural
barriers.

Ahmanson Senior Center
The Ahmanson Senior Center provides social, educational, cultural, and recreational programs and clubs to community senior adults allowing them to remain active and healthy in a safe and monitored environment. Membership is low-cost and includes participation in all programs and activities, field trips and excursions to local attractions, access to the Senior Café. The Computer Lab provides no-cost Internet access to the community. Seniors have the opportunity to learn how to use a computer to build their skill and confidence in communicating and accessing information I today’s technology-driven society.

Ralph M. Parsons Preshool
The Ralph M. Parsons Preschool facility where early education programs for youth are provided in a safe and nurturing environment. Half and full-day preschool sessions, the Afterschool Kinder Program, seasonal day camps and the Los Angeles Universal Preschool grant funded program (LAUP) are structured to stimulate a child’s cognitive skills and social abilities while promoting health physical development. Children are introduced to math, social sciences and language arts, and develop their basic motor skills through sports, recreational, and craft activities, as well as performing arts.
