General Picture Permits
Permits are limited to amateur and student photography with Non – SLR
cameras.
The Fee is $70 = $35 Picture Permit + $35 Application permit fee,
which allows (2) hours of photography while the Rose Garden is Open.
Additional hours are $35 per every 2 hour units of time. If you have
reserved the Rose Garden for a Wedding (Only) the picture permit is
not required.
Commercial and Professional Permits
Pictures taken by a professional cameraman and includes but are not
limited to the following:
ALL SLR, DSLR and other professional
digital and video cameras. The Fee is $235 = $200 Commercial Permit
fee + $35 Application permit fee, which allows (2) hours of
photography while the Rose Garden is Open. Additional hours are $200
per every 2 hour units of time.
Commercial Photography includes but is not limited to:
Talent/ Modeling/ Fashion/ Branding/ Marketing and Advertising
companies, Individuals with private photography companies and
freelance photographers. Weddings, Quinceaneras, Graduations, Family
and Private Gatherings, Birthdays and Baby Showers. Taking pictures
with props may require an area of the Rose Garden to be reserved.

Tours of the facilities are conducted on Fridays by appointment only
during the hours of 10am and 4pm.
