CLASS PROGRAMS:
Class registration opens halfway through the prior season. Classes run between eight and ten weeks. We offer four sessions of classes:
- Winter: January-March
- Spring: April-May
- Summer: July-August
- Fall: September-November
Classes offered but not limited to are: Art, Dance, Early Learning Classes, Sports Clinics, Book Club, Walking Club, Adult Fitness, Guitar, Piano, Writing, Martial Arts, Self-Defense and more! For seasonal class lists, see flyers posted below.
Our Park Advisory Board is made up of volunteer community members who meet quarterly to discuss park events and activities, potential park upgrades, projects and improvements. Please contact the park office if you are interested in becoming a member.
CAMP PROGRAMMING:
We offer Winter, Spring & Summer Day Camps. Dates vary but generally follow the LAUSD calendar. For additional information, see flyers posted below.

REGISTRATION:
Register online at laparks.org, over the phone by calling (310) 837-5186, or in person at the CHRC Office.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
REFUND POLICIES:
REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 6-8 WEEKS. Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card used; if you paid with a check, a check will be mailed to the patron/organization who paid.
CLASSES & SPORTS LEAGUES: Refund requests must be submitted one week (7 days) prior to the activity beginning. A 15% administrative fee will be assessed by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks for any patron granted a refund.
CAMPS: Refund requests must be submitted two weeks prior to the camp week beginning. A 15% administrative fee will be assessed by the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks for any patron granted a refund.
PERMITS: More than two weeks before the activity begins: 50% of facility usage fees refunded. Less than two weeks before the activity begins: NO REFUNDS unless canceled by the recreation center or rained out.
ALL CLASSES, PROGRAMS, AND EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.
