PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH!! Permits may be cancelled by contacting the Permit Section at (213) 763-0114. If notice of cancellation is received at least five working days prior to the permit date, a full refund will be issued. Persons canceling less than five working days prior to the permit date will not receive a refund. IT IS NECESSARY FOR APPLICANTS TO BRING THE PERMIT WHEN TAKING PICTURES.
*The Rose Garden is closed every year from January 1st to March 15th, for pruning back of the roses.
