RAP DROP-IN FOR THOSE STUDENTS ATTENDING SCHOOL AT EVACUATION SCHOOLS
Recreation and Parks will offer a FREE drop-in program at select recreation centers. This program is available for children ages 5-12, and provides a safe environment during school closures.
One simple registration form will be needed and must be completed on-site. The majority of activities will take place indoors where poor air quality continues. Activities may include arts and crafts, indoor games and sports and more. Most importantly, your children will be in a supportive environment with caring staff.
Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be available daily.
We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Drop-In Program will include:
- Daily air quality monitoring to adjust activities as needed.
- Masks for staff and participants in areas with compromised air quality.
- Strict adherence to public health and safety protocols.
