Party Policies
Availability
- Birthday parties can be held 7 days a week.
- Sit down party area is available for up to 2 hours only.
Golf on the Imperial package can continue indefinitely but the
party area must be cleared. All party areas and party host
will be available at scheduled party times, not upon arrival.
Sorry, no exceptions.
Reservations
- Please make reservations a minimum of two weeks before the
party date, availability is limited.
- $35 Deposit required at time of reservation (cash, Visa,
MasterCard or Discover)
Payments
- Payments can be made in cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Sorry, but we don’t accept American Express.
- Your bill (less $35 deposit) is payable to your server at
the party.
Cancellation
- Reservation deposits will be refunded if canceled with a
minimum of 30 days notice.
- Less than 30 day notice will result in a $35 cancellation
fee.
Non Party Rentals
The Pavilion, Gazebo, Boathouse and Flower Garden are
available for non-party package use. They may be rented
according to the following schedule in hour increments. All
fees must be paid in full to reserve.
10:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday) $40.00 per hour
4:00 pm - Closing (Monday - Friday) $60.00 per hour
Weekends and Holidays $80.00 per hour (Minimum 2 hours)
Important Notes:
PARTY PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARTY CHILDREN AT ALL
TIMES.
Your party host will set up party area; give itinerary; take
food order; dispense golf equipment and arcade cards and
ensures that your order is delivered. A party host will not
supervise party children either in the arcade or golf course.
- For the safety of our guests, we do not allow piñatas,
confetti, characters or entertainers.
- No outside food or beverages including bottled water will be
permitted.
- The only thing you need to bring is the cake, candles and a
cake cutter.
- Refrigeration is available for the cake.
- No substitution of package items permitted. However, various
platters and additional food are available through Monterey
Concessions – Call (818) 789-1919 to make arrangements.
- In case of rain we offer rainchecks for each person included
in the party or double the arcade credits on the game cards
based on the chosen party package. As an alternative, you may
chose to reschedule to a different date without penalty.
