OPTION 3
• Add low water planting areas to all areas adjacent to the building (no turf areas)
• Install decomposed granite paths near the perimeter of the building with permeable paving at the ends of the paths
• Add perimeter turf areas in the three triangular areas of the lower (First Street) portion of the park, with low water planting areas at the corners
• Add decomposed granite areas inside the three perimeter turf areas
• Redesign the irrigation system for the entire area

NORTH LAWN
The north lawn portion of the project will be combined with each of the three options above, and will be identical for each option. It consists of the following:

• Remove all turf
• Plant a variety of low water use plants
• Install decomposed granite paths connecting the Temple and Spring Street entrances, with permeable paving at the ends of the paths
• Redesign the irrigation system
