OPTION 2
• Replace all damaged turf with new (sod) turf in the three lower sections of the park (near 1st Street)
• Expand the existing planting areas near 1st Street
• Add new planting areas using low water plants and add new turf in the areas adjacent to the building
• Repair the existing irrigation system (lower turf areas) and install new irrigation (areas adjacent to the building)
• Install decomposed granite paths near the perimeter of the building, with permeable pavement at the ends of the paths

NORTH LAWN

The north lawn portion of the project will be combined with each of the three options above, and will be identical for each option. It consists of the following:

• Remove all turf
• Plant a variety of low water use plants
• Install decomposed granite paths connecting the Temple and Spring Street entrances, with permeable paving at the ends of the paths
• Redesign the irrigation system
