OPTION 1
• Remove all damaged turf and replace with new (sod) turf
• Repair damage to the existing irrigation system

NORTH LAWN
The north lawn portion of the project will be combined with each of the three options above, and will be identical for each option. It consists of the following:

• Remove all turf
• Plant a variety of low water use plants
• Install decomposed granite paths connecting the Temple and Spring Street entrances, with permeable paving at the ends of the paths
• Redesign the irrigation system
