The Adopt a Park Program aims at preserving and maintaining Green Spaces. One of the most important ways to keep our parks attractive and safe is through constant maintenance. By investing a little energy, your organization/business can play a big role in this effort. All you need to do is organize a work team from your pool of employees, members, or volunteers. The Recreation and Parks (RAP) Department can help you select the project that best suits your group's size and availability. Activities range from one-time projects to ongoing projects. Volunteers engage in such activities as picking up litter, planting flower beds, and/or painting park equipment etc.
