VOLUNTEER NEIGHBORHOOD OVERSITE COMMITTEE
A Volunteer Neighborhood Oversite Committee Member (VNOC member) advises and assists the department in allocating and assigning
resources for a specific Proposition K project. The VNOC
serves for the duration of the design phase of the project.
