Municipal Golf Association (M.G.A.)

ABOUT THE MUNICIPAL GOLF ASSOCIATION

At each City golf course, there is a men's and a women's golf club and a co-ed senior club at some courses. Roosevelt has one co-ed club. The Municipal Golf Association is comprised of representatives from each of the clubs. The purpose of the M.G.A. is to promote and conduct a program of golf, conducting the five L.A. City Golf Championship tournaments, conduct a junior golf fundraiser, and volunteer with the golf course junior golf clubs.
