Monitoring And Reporting A. MONITORING Department staff will compile weekly attendance sheets and monthly, quarterly and annual sports statistics for the review of supervisors, managers, the General Manager and the Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners. The General Manager will monitor the "Raise the Bar" Program by conducting a quarterly review of the Department's progress towards goals developed for each community, each district, each Region and the Department as a whole. The General Manager will evaluate the Program's progress and take necessary steps to ensure its effectiveness. To strengthen the quality and comprehensiveness of suggestion made to improve Departmental programs and correct under-representation, the Department shall develop a team monitoring approach, incorporating members of various divisions of the Recreation and Parks Department. It will extensively evaluate statistics and goals, and will develop recommendations to improve the representation of girls in youth sports programs. These recommendations will be reviewed and approved by the General Manager, who will report them to the Board of Recreation and Parks Commissioners. B. REPORTING The Department will report on the progress and achievements of the "Raise the Bar" Program to the Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners. The Department's Progress report will include:
