North Hollywood Recreation Center offers fifty-eight engulfing acres of land which include: three ball diamonds, five tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, 4 picnic areas, children’s play area, outdoor workout stations, jogging track, gymnasium, North Hollywood Senior Citizen Center, Valley Therapeutic Center, and the Amelia Earhart Library.
Our facility offers a diverse array of programming for all ages. We currently offer: preschool, seasonal camps, afterschool camp, tennis, gymnastics, drama, arts and crafts, sports clinics, badminton, dance(ballet, hip hop, Jazz), and guitar.
Our sports leagues for children include: coed basketball, girls basketball, coed flag football, girls softball, coed baseball, and coed soccer. We also offer Adult Coed softball, Men’s softball, Women’s basketball, and Men’s basketball.

The therapeutic center is headed by Jaime Eichenbaum and offers inclusive recreation opportunities for all ages with disabilities to participate at N.H.R.C. and other satellite centers throughout the valley. The therapeutic activities include bowling, adult daycare for seniors with disabilities, wheelchair sports, social clubs, camping trips, and youth sports programs.
